Oura's Return Policy:
- Return or exchange a fully functional and undamaged Oura Ring within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- Shipping and handling charges from the original order, including UK VAT or other customs fees, are non-refundable.
- Refunds are made in the same currency as the original payment and will reflect current exchange rates.
- If purchased from a retailer, contact the retailer directly for returns or exchanges.
- Only one return or exchange per item is allowed. This means the original ring can be returned once for a refund or exchanged once for a size or color change in the same price range.
- For style or color changes of a different price, return the original ring for a refund and begin a new purchase.
